Auto Collision Group - Gardena

I brought my car (tesla model X) on April 11th 2025. Today is July 18th and I still don't have my car! I bought it in January- its been in this shop longer than I've owned it! This is Horrible Service! If I would had a clue that it would take this long no way would I have brought my car here!! 16,000 dollars in labor cost!! This is HORRIBLE I'm tempted to get a sign and picket this place. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!! AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We just got our car back from this auto body shop. It was fabulous! They did a really good job for us. Fabiola was the best to work with from start to finish! The whole team was super nice and always professional. We made many phone calls and everybody was always courteous to us. Our questions were answered in a timely manner. We were never brushed off and nothing was too important for them to give us answers or return our phone calls, when they were super busy. Thank you and if we need service again, we’ll surely come to you first.

Took my vehicle to ACG. My insurance company referred me to Walter. Best choice ever! Walter explained the entire process and took all my worries away! Do not hesitate, contact Walter, he will take care of all your problems. The best in the business! My car looks amazing!

I dropped my vehicle off at the Whittier location about 10 weeks ago, it was brought here for some reason. Every time I call i basically get the run around saying next week. I never anticipated it would take over 10 weeks to replace 2 bumpers, had I known I would have taken my vehicle to somewhere that was actually equipped to perform the repairs in a timely matter. I called and let Angie know I was not happy with their services and she hung up on me. Save yourself the hassle and take your vehicle elsewhere.

I was rear ended and the back of my car got really dented. My dealership connected me with Jason Covarrubias from Auto Collision Group Gardena and he took really good care of me and my car. I had never gone through something like this, but Jason was kind enough to guide me through the process. He did a better job than my insurance company. My mom was with me, and as a very Mexican mother she had MANY questions, but Jason was kind, patient, and knowledgeable when answering each of them in SPANISH (great bilingual skills!!).
